In addition the tool is integrated with SAP for billing operations required for the products ordered by the pharmacies.

A Reporting tool using dynamic PDF for Cofares Telemarketing Campaigns.
The application integrates with SAP for mass capture of entries performed by operators. Furthermore, the data is extracted from various telemarketing campaigns (sales, reasons for not buying, contacts ...) all together composing the application input.
Having this raw data, the application analyzes it using complex statistical operations such as OLAP and multidimensional structures.
Once the information is processed, it is presented as a dynamic application embedded in a PDF.
This PDF can be updated for real time data at any time.
